About this course
Manual handling is something we do frequently in almost every part of our lives. At home, while we are on holiday, playing sport and of course at work. Quite often we undertake manual handling activities without even thinking about it.
This course is designed to give you a fundamental level of knowledge and understanding of manual handling tasks and the impacts that unsafe manual handling activities have on workplace health and safety.
