About this course
This module provides an introduction to the principles and laws of the Chain of Responsibility. It explores parties' roles within the Chain of Responsibility and the five target areas aimed at improving safety. You will gain an understanding of why the Chain of Responsibility exists and the accountability of off-road parties for on-road offences. Course Learning Outcomes: After completion of this course you should be able to: - Describe the purpose of the Chain of Responsibility. - Explain why particular roles of the Supply Chain have been listed as a party of the Chain of Responsibility. - Identify the roles of the Chain of Responsibility. - Understand the core principles of the Chain of Responsibility. - Identify the Target Areas of the Chain of Responsibility. - Describe the categories of Chain of Responsibility breaches. Understand how to report breaches of the Chain of Responsibility.
