About this course

This module provides an introduction to the principles and laws of the Chain of Responsibility. It explores parties' roles within the Chain of Responsibility and the five target areas aimed at improving safety.

You will gain an understanding of why the Chain of Responsibility exists and the accountability of off-road parties for on-road offences.
